The first step in the Sand-Rich overlay process is to waterproof the existing surface, usings Seams Perfect, after all loose debris has been removed. Seams Perfect was applied to the parapet walls and alluminum cappings to assure a seamlessly watertight job. |

After waterproofing with Seams Perfect, the Sand-Rich adhesive layer is applied using common tools. |

A single broadcast of aggregate is applied, followed by Sand-Rich top sealer. |
